1.b. Last Insights on FLGC

Flora Growth Corp.'s recent performance was negatively impacted by the lack of meaningful cannabis reform in the United States, despite the re-election of President Donald Trump, which was expected to present a renewed opportunity for reform. The absence of federal legalization has hindered the company's growth prospects and limited its ability to expand its operations. Furthermore, the company's financial results for 2024 showed a decline in revenue and profitability, indicating a challenging business environment. The appointment of Patrick Moloney as Head of Product Development for Vessel in February 2025 was a positive development, but its impact on the company's short-term performance is unclear.
