1998 - The company developed its first GPS receiver module.
2000 - u-blox introduced its first GPS module with flash memory.
2002 - The company launched its first GPS receiver with WAAS and EGNOS capabilities.
2004 - u-blox introduced its LEA-4A GPS module, which became a best-seller.
2006 - The company went public with an IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
2007 - u-blox acquired the GPS module business of Swatch Group's EM Microelectronic-Marin SA.
2010 - The company launched its UBX-G6010, a GPS chip with integrated antenna.
2012 - u-blox acquired the CDMA module business of Telit Wireless Solutions.
2014 - The company launched its C027, a 3G module for the North American market.
2016 - u-blox acquired the cellular module business of SimCom Wireless Solutions.
2019 - The company launched its SARA-R5, a 5G-ready cellular module.
