1.b. Last Insights on BYW6

BayWa Aktiengesellschaft's recent performance was negatively driven by the sale of a significant stake in BayWa r.e. to EIP, a global energy investor. The capital increase resulted in EIP increasing its stake from 49% to 65%, potentially limiting BayWa's control and profitability in its renewable energy unit. Additionally, there are no recent earnings releases to consider. The stock buyback program announced in Q3 2023 is a positive factor, but its impact is short-term."
