In small and mid-cap size companies it prefers to invest with enterprise value between 50 million ($55.36 million) and 500 million ($553.6 million) and in larger size companies it prefers to invest with enterprise value between 500 million ($553.60 million) and 3000 million ($3321.62 million).It invests in funds that seek to have a majority stake in its investments or be a lead shareholder.It invests and disinvests with the private equity funds of Apax Partners France and Amboise Investissement under the same conditions and also invests directly in funds managed or advised by Apax Partners France and Apax Partners LLC.
