1929 - Marcel Dassault founded the company as Société des Avions Marcel Dassault.
1930 - The company started manufacturing aircraft, including the MD.320 Ouragan.
1947 - Dassault Aviation introduced its first business jet, the MD.303.
1951 - The company developed the Mystère IV, a fighter-bomber aircraft.
1967 - Dassault Aviation introduced the Falcon 20, a business jet.
1970 - The company developed the Mirage F1, a fighter aircraft.
1973 - Dassault Aviation introduced the Falcon 10, a smaller business jet.
1984 - The company developed the Mirage 2000, a multirole fighter aircraft.
1995 - Dassault Aviation introduced the Falcon 900EX, a long-range business jet.
2000 - The company developed the Rafale, a multirole fighter aircraft.
