1900 - De'Longhi's founder, Giuseppe De'Longhi, starts a small workshop in Treviso, Italy, producing handcrafted wooden utensils and tools.
1950 - De'Longhi begins manufacturing portable heaters and ventilators, marking the company's entry into the appliance industry.
1970 - De'Longhi launches its first espresso coffee machine, the 'Pinguino', which becomes an instant success.
1980 - De'Longhi expands its product line to include coffee grinders, toasters, and other small appliances.
1990 - De'Longhi goes public with an initial public offering (IPO) on the Milan Stock Exchange.
2000 - De'Longhi acquires the German company, Braun, expanding its presence in the global market.
2010 - De'Longhi launches its 'PrimaDonna' espresso machine, which becomes a best-seller worldwide.
2012 - De'Longhi celebrates its 110th anniversary and is listed on the FTSE MIB index of the Italian Stock Exchange.
2019 - De'Longhi acquires the US-based company, Capital Brands, expanding its presence in the North American market.
