Company Story
1970 - LU-VE S.p.A. was founded by Luigi Verdolin and Luigi Villa in Uboldo, Italy.
1975 - The company started producing heat exchangers for refrigeration and air conditioning.
1980 - LU-VE S.p.A. expanded its production to include dry coolers and condensers.
1990 - The company opened its first subsidiary in Germany, LU-VE Deutschland GmbH.
1995 - LU-VE S.p.A. acquired the Italian company, Alfa Laval SpA.
2000 - The company opened its first subsidiary in the United States, LU-VE USA Inc.
2005 - LU-VE S.p.A. acquired the German company, GEA Heat Exchangers GmbH.
2010 - The company opened its first subsidiary in China, LU-VE China Co. Ltd.
2015 - LU-VE S.p.A. acquired the Italian company, Alfa Laval Thermal Division.
2020 - The company celebrated its 50th anniversary and continued to expand globally.
