1991 - Bank Ochrony Srodowiska S.A. was established as a result of the transformation of the Environmental Protection Fund.
1992 - The bank started its operations and began to provide financial services to environmental protection projects.
1993 - The bank introduced its first environmental protection loan program.
1995 - The bank became a member of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
1997 - The bank launched its first public bond issue.
2001 - The bank was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
2003 - The bank introduced its first mortgage loan program.
2005 - The bank launched its first investment fund.
2007 - The bank became a member of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI).
2010 - The bank launched its first green bond issue.
2012 - The bank introduced its first sustainable development strategy.
2015 - The bank launched its first social responsibility report.
2018 - The bank became a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Banking.
