2000 - The company began exploring and producing coal bed methane gas in the Appalachian Basin.
2010 - American Resources Corporation expanded its operations to include oil and natural gas production in the Utica Shale.
2015 - The company acquired several oil and gas producing properties in the Permian Basin.
2020 - American Resources Corporation began exploring and producing oil and natural gas in the Marcellus Shale.
