1.b. Last Insights on CIA

Citizens, Inc.'s recent performance was negatively impacted by a Q4 earnings miss, with quarterly earnings of $0.07 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.10 per share. This decline in earnings, coupled with a lackluster earnings estimate revisions trend, suggests that the company's financial performance may not be as strong as previously anticipated. Additionally, the company's total revenues of $245.0 million in the full year 2024, while slightly higher than the previous year, may not be enough to offset the decline in earnings.
