DZS Inc.'s recent performance was negatively impacted by ongoing legal issues and investigations. Two separate investigations by Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC were announced in December 2024, alleging potential claims against the company. These investigations, which began prior to March 10, 2023, may have created uncertainty and negatively impacted investor sentiment. The company's recent announcement to present at the Dealflow Events MicroCap Conference 2025 may be an attempt to address these concerns, but the impact of these investigations remains a significant negative driver."
