1998 - Founded as Global Cash Access, Inc. and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol GCA.
2007 - Acquired the gaming division of International Game Technology (IGT) and began providing gaming equipment and technology to casinos.
2014 - Merged with Multimedia Games, Inc. and changed its name to Everi Holdings Inc.
2015 - Acquired the Bally Interactive division of Scientific Games Corporation, expanding its digital gaming capabilities.
2017 - Launched its TournEvent of Champions slot tournament, which became a major success in the gaming industry.
2018 - Introduced its first digital gaming product, Remote Game Server (RGS), which enabled the development and distribution of online gaming content.
