1.b. Last Insights on GENC

Gencor Industries' recent performance was negatively impacted by a securities fraud investigation, announced by multiple law firms, which suggests possible violations of federal securities laws. The investigation's focus on the company's possible misrepresentations and omissions in its financial reporting has likely created uncertainty and eroded investor confidence. Additionally, the company's delayed audit and filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year-end September 30, 2024, and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2024, further contributed to the negative sentiment.
