2000 - Globalstar completed its satellite constellation, consisting of 48 operational satellites.
2001 - Globalstar filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection due to financial difficulties.
2004 - Globalstar emerged from bankruptcy and began restructuring its operations.
2007 - Globalstar launched its second-generation satellite constellation, featuring improved technology.
2010 - Globalstar launched its SPOT product line, offering satellite-based tracking and messaging devices.
