1983 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation was founded by Reno Rossetti.
1985 - Lattice introduced its first product, the ispLSI 1016, a programmable logic device.
1993 - Lattice went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
1996 - Lattice acquired the FPGA business from ATI Technologies.
2004 - Lattice acquired the FPGA business from Agere Systems.
2008 - Lattice acquired SiliconBlue Technologies, a provider of FPGA-based solutions.
2011 - Lattice acquired the ASIC business from National Semiconductor.
2015 - Lattice acquired Silicon Image, a provider of wireless connectivity solutions.
2018 - Lattice acquired Deepsea Technologies, a provider of FPGA-based solutions.
