1910 - Norwood Financial Corp. was founded as the Wayne County Bank and Trust Company.
1934 - The bank survived the Great Depression and continued to grow.
1963 - The bank changed its name to Wayne Bank and expanded its services.
1983 - Wayne Bank acquired the Honesdale National Bank.
1990 - The bank changed its name to Norwood Financial Corp. and went public.
2003 - Norwood Financial Corp. acquired the First National Bank of Pennsylvania.
2010 - Norwood Financial Corp. celebrated its 100th anniversary.
2015 - The company expanded its services to include wealth management and insurance services.
