1.b. Last Insights on FAA

Recent news suggests that Fabasoft AG's (ETR:FAA) statutory profit numbers were not surprising, but shareholders may want to dig deeper for underlying performance. The company's focus on cloud-based document management and collaboration solutions has not led to significant revenue growth. In fact, the company's sales have remained relatively flat in recent quarters. Additionally, Fabasoft AG's share buyback program, initiated in 2023, is expected to reduce the number of outstanding shares, potentially benefiting remaining shareholders. However, the company's lack of significant revenue growth and EBITDA margin decline may raise concerns among investors.
