1994 - Kelt Exploration Ltd. was founded by David Wilson and incorporated in Alberta, Canada.
1995 - Kelt began its operations in the Pouce Coupe area of Alberta, focusing on shallow gas exploration.
1997 - The company expanded its operations to the Grande Prairie area, targeting deeper gas prospects.
2001 - Kelt listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol KEL.
2004 - The company began to focus on oil exploration in the Alberta Basin.
2007 - Kelt acquired a significant land position in the Inga area of British Columbia.
2010 - The company expanded its operations to the Montney shale play in northeastern British Columbia.
2014 - Kelt began to focus on the development of its Montney assets, with a focus on liquids-rich natural gas.
