2003 - Mainstreet Equity Corp. went public with an initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
2005 - The company expanded its portfolio to British Columbia, acquiring its first apartment building in Surrey.
2007 - Mainstreet Equity Corp. graduated to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), uplisting from the TSX Venture Exchange.
