1936 - Abéo was founded by Marcel Dumoulin in France.
1950 - The company started to develop and manufacture gymnastics equipment.
1960 - Abéo expanded its product line to include climbing walls and playground equipment.
1970 - The company began to export its products to other European countries.
1980 - Abéo established its first subsidiary in the United States.
1990 - The company went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
2000 - Abéo acquired several companies, expanding its product line and global presence.
2007 - The company was listed on the Euronext stock exchange.
2010 - Abéo launched its first sustainable development program.
2015 - The company acquired a majority stake in Clip'n Climb, a climbing wall manufacturer.
2020 - Abéo celebrated its 85th anniversary and continued to expand globally.
