1994 - The company changed its name to Ennstone plc and was listed on the London Stock Exchange.
2004 - Ennstone plc acquired Breedon Aggregates, a leading independent aggregates business.
2008 - The company changed its name to Breedon Group plc, reflecting its new focus on the aggregates business.
2010 - Breedon Group plc acquired the quarrying and concrete products businesses of Marshalls plc.
2014 - The company acquired the Hope Construction Materials business, expanding its cement and concrete products capabilities.
2016 - Breedon Group plc acquired the assets of former competitor, Sherburn Sands.
2018 - The company acquired the CEMEX UK assets, expanding its cement and ready-mixed concrete capabilities.
