The recent 3-month performance of Cambium Networks Corporation was negatively impacted by a delay in its 10K filing for fiscal 2024, due to material weaknesses in its internal control over financial reporting. This regulatory issue has raised concerns about the company's financial transparency and governance. Additionally, the delay in filing its annual report has likely led to a temporary halt in the company's ability to provide updated financial guidance, creating uncertainty among investors.
