1999 - The company acquired EDI, a provider of audio and video conferencing solutions.
2001 - ClearOne introduced its first VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) conferencing product.
2005 - The company acquired NetVantage, a provider of video conferencing solutions.
2011 - ClearOne acquired VCON, a provider of video conferencing solutions.
2015 - The company acquired Sabine, a provider of professional audio solutions.
2018 - ClearOne acquired MagicBox, a provider of digital signage solutions.
2020 - The company launched its COLLABORATE Versa Room, a video conferencing solution.
