2007 - The company formed a joint venture with a private equity firm to acquire and redevelop properties.
2010 - Comstock began to focus on mixed-use development projects.
2012 - The company launched a new business strategy focused on transit-oriented development.

2020 - Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. merged with Comstock Growth II, LLC to form a new company, Comstock Holding Companies, Inc.
