1945 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. was founded as a small distillery in Atchison, Kansas.
1957 - The company went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
1964 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. began producing industrial alcohol.
1974 - The company started producing fuel-grade ethanol.
1983 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. expanded its product line to include specialty wheat proteins.
1994 - The company acquired a grain-based biorefinery in Atchison, Kansas.
2001 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. began producing premium beverage alcohol.
2007 - The company launched its first premium whiskey brand, TILL American Wheat Whiskey.
2012 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. acquired the Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery.
2014 - The company launched its Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey brand.
2019 - MGP Ingredients, Inc. acquired the New Columbia Distillery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
