1975 - Napco introduced its first alarm system, the Sirenator.
1982 - Napco went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
1990 - Napco acquired the security division of the Figgie International Inc.
1995 - Napco acquired the alarm business of the Frisco Bay Industries Inc.
2001 - Napco acquired the security products business of the Sensormatic Electronics Corporation.
2006 - Napco acquired the StarLink universal wireless alarm communicator.
2013 - Napco acquired the Continental Access, a provider of access control systems.
2015 - Napco acquired the GEM Electronics, a provider of intrusion and access control systems.
2017 - Napco acquired the BAT Alarm and Supera, a provider of alarm systems and monitoring services.
