1993 - The company acquired The Peoples Bank of Pomeroy, Ohio, expanding its presence in southeastern Ohio.
2001 - Ohio Valley Banc Corp. acquired Ohio River Bank, further expanding its presence in the Ohio River Valley.
2007 - The company acquired The First National Bank of Wellston, Ohio, expanding its presence in southern Ohio.
2010 - Ohio Valley Banc Corp. acquired the banking operations of the failed Community Bank of Nevada.
2015 - The company acquired The Bank of Romney, West Virginia, expanding its presence in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia.
2019 - Ohio Valley Banc Corp. acquired the banking operations of the failed Resolute Bank, expanding its presence in northern Ohio.
