2001 - TDCX Inc. began providing customer experience services to clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
2004 - TDCX Inc. expanded its operations to the Americas, establishing a presence in the United States.
2007 - TDCX Inc. launched its first nearshore delivery center in the Philippines.
