1.b. Last Insights on WILC

G. Willi-Food International Ltd.'s recent performance was negatively impacted by a lack of significant short-term news, despite a record high annual sales and net profit in 2024. The company's most recent earnings release was not available, but a review of recent news suggests that the company's dividend distribution of NIS 30 million (US$8.27 million) in March 2025 may have been a one-time event. The absence of any notable short-term catalysts, such as new product launches or strategic acquisitions, contributed to the company's recent performance.
