2000 - Intevac introduced its first 200mm wafer processing system, the 200 Lean Genesis.
2003 - Intevac acquired the assets of Delta Nu, a leading provider of ion implantation technology.
2007 - Intevac introduced its first solar panel manufacturing system, the Lean Solar.
2010 - Intevac acquired the assets of SDC, a leading provider of magnetic media sputtering technology.
2012 - Intevac introduced its first digital night vision camera, the ISIE-10.
2015 - Intevac acquired the assets of Innovative Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor manufacturing technology.
2018 - Intevac introduced its first commercial-scale solar panel manufacturing system, the Lean Solar Platform.
