1.b. Last Insights on MLI

Mueller Industries' recent performance was negatively impacted by election-related uncertainties and the impact of domestic manufacturing policies on costs and international growth. The company's Q4 and full-year 2024 results were expected to reflect a 22% year-over-year growth, but concerns about margin declines and economic uncertainties may have weighed on investor sentiment. Additionally, the company's dividend increase, while positive, may not have been enough to offset these concerns.
